As someone who is 5'3... I can tell you they're not made for people my size. It's a struggle to put a heavy tool into the spindle on most CAT50 VMCs because it's too far away from the operator door.
You'd think the Swiss I work with would be great for a small guy. Sure, it's nice to be small...
