Hi Bro. Glad to see you made it over here. I'll be praying for some thing Mazak to break down.

Not sure if this is relevant, but my shop (aka where I am employed, not mine ) has a new Haas VF4ss on order. We just bought one brand new last fall, traded in 2 older ones for 2 new ones early this year, and the next one will make #6 mill for us. Now if I can get them to trade in that crappy TL lathe...

edit: our other new machines were VF2ss, not 4's

3 decades in the cutting tool industry. Trained by Kennametal, Sandvik, Iscar, Parlec, Rego-Fix, Tungaloy shit I forget all the others.
I'm a cutting tool geek (is there a support group for this or a twelve step program..)
