I use the wire in the shop a lot. My favorite use is to machine something in there while I'm machining something on the Bridgeport and/or the cnc mill. I think some of the guys get it but I dunno. It's nice to spit parts out like that especially knowing that what comes off the wire is pretty much on size and good to go, bar any threading or holes.

Anyone else do this?

You mean run the wire while machining other things in general? Our wires run all day along with the mills and manaul stuff.

I am working at my day job where I am running 3 multi axis lathes. My home shop the Citizen is currently running parts with no one there. Does that count?

No, neither count lol. I'm talking about using an edm machine to make multiple finished parts without being attended to...as in you push the button and it runs for hours making finished parts not being touched the entire time. Not running around to multiple cnc mills. If that were the case I would not have posted it in the edm section. :)

It's about using edm machines.
