Cloud only. This is my first experience with cloud software. Not a fan. If even your PC clock gets out of sync with the Adesk clock, it kicks you off stat. And the updating is even more intrusive than Microsoft.

If there's any way I can be kicked off a project (other than voluntarily knocking off for lunch) I wouldn't dare risk it, no matter how cheap. Thanks for the tip.
