    D1-11 Camlock reducer....

I really thought I took more in process photos, this is all I found. They are not entirely relevant to what you want to do anyhoo. I used the 3 empty D1-8 pin holes to accept bolts. The D1-6 drive plate was drilled for those bolts, and was turned to receive the chuck's taper. I did this so the...

    D1-11 Camlock reducer....

Mac-it has them - https://www.macit.com/product/spindle-nose-parts/ I reworked a drive plate into an adapter and bolted it to the D1-8 chuck after backing out the drive pins from the chuck. I'll post some photos tomorrow from the shop. I'm at home today, I had my second cataract surgery this...

    D1-11 Camlock reducer....

I recently made an adapter to attach a D1-8 chuck to a D1-6 spindle. It stays mounted on the chuck. That's the reverse of what you want, but the principle could work as well for you.

    15" rotary table

What kind of bearing is it? Roller? Taper? Ball? And what made it fail? This one should still be good, it's had about 10 hours of light use on a wells-Index mill in it's lifetime. I had an old Haas rotary table that had no bearing, it was steel against iron on a taper, I figured this would be...

    Mastercam post editing

I learned on Smartcam. It had a trace feature in the post editor that you could turn on, when it was on it showed where each line of code was created in the PP. That made it a breeze to find that place and make a change. (I did however have to pay someone to create a post for an old control I...

    Mastercam post editing

I cringe every time I see that also. As well as the CAM sales pitches that say "We supply a post editor so you can just build whatever you need yourself". Post issues are the very first hurdle to clear when I make a decision about CAM. BTDT.
