24.6" or bigger caliper

I need/want a caliper for an upcoming job. Anyone have one laying around they would like to sell? I know I have seen some oddball length calipers for sale. I just need at least 24.6" of length. Meanwhile I have a backup plan, but would prefer to make it easier

Not for sale, but on the occasion I need them, I have a set of 40" Mitutoyo verniers that are super handy. I got them for nothing because nobody wants verniers. Not the easiest to use, but they are pretty darn accurate when I read it correctly.

I don't always measure with 40" calipers. But when I do...

So funny thing.... I was setting up a job and saw a box in the back/bottom of the drawer. It has a 25" verneer I forgot I owned as it was in the "also won" group from an auction a few years ago I'll still look for a larger one just in-case

Years ago I hired a 2m mit vernier. That thing was a two man job to use.

I have that same mit vernier caliper too.
