Cincinnati #2 cutter grinder question

Grinder came with some other stuff some 8 years ago. Have a need to use it now. Can't figure out how to swivel the spindle head on the column. Machine does not jive with any manuals I have found.

That poor thing needs a bit of attention. send more pictures of the column. There must be some bolts above or below where the spindle mounts to the column which would allow it to be adjusted.

Figured it out, I think. Single bolt, center of spindle housing in pic 3. Also in pic 2(left) and 4(right). Head is very snug to column. Took a dead blow to move it back to 90 degrees.

Might want to keep looking. I don’t have one of those so I’m not positive, but I suspect there is another bolt somewhere. It seems a little strange for it to have one off-center bolt holding it together. If the bolt was centered I would be more convinced it was the only one
