looks like the backers are getting pissed now. They finally found that bastard and want their money back.

I’ve been waiting before I brought that lying fuck up on here but since the other site locked that awesome thread and we can’t update his scams I figured bring it here. This should definitely drive up traffic.
He’s selling those pieces of shit on Alibaba now and has his company info on there and the backers are seeing it and wow are they pissed.

They are investigating his claim guaranteeing full refunds if failure to deliver (written on the KS page) so I’m chomping at the bit so much I actually sent an email and link to some buddies that specialize in fraud. If they find reason to believe there was fraud (and that’s obvious) they will yank his passport and he’ll be on the first thing smokin out of Taiwan back to his moms. This should be entertaining for a while. I put this in the general area so people that aren’t members can see it without signing up at first.

I haven’t went to the Alibaba site yet but it looks like the name may have been changed. That would be smart for the new backers to keep any exports to the US from being seized. If the original backers file a lawsuit and won the judgement I’m pretty sure anything from Swissmak could be seized by customs and auctioned off. That could actually be a nasty lawsuit if some of tue backers planned to legitimately use Swissmak for business gains.

you get 5 or 10 people with claims of loss of business due to fraud Perry would be done. Heck, even 5 guys claiming $50 and hour is half a mill per and they paid over two years ago!! Whew, that guys so screwed.

This guy has to be stopped.He UmHum,, has a donated .onion site now that shows everything he’d done to his backers, and he’s registered on some quite shady onion sites but I can’t seem to get his new backers to pay attention. Or he’s getting the messages first and hiding them.

Did you know he also raised $300k through a Sierra College program? So he had already smoked 1/2 mil before finding the backers that set him up in Taiwan. I do seem to remember he said he gave up control of the company producing the SwissMaks. Also the original company Overload Robotics LLC is defunct. I have a feeling the original backers are screwed and have no legal recourse, we shall see.

As for PM locking the SwissMak threads it shows those running the place have zero morals, those threads could save a potential sucker from getting scammed. I also complained about AS9100 before I was banned trying to sell a machine he did not own and sent links of proof, they did not take his ad down.

He got found out on @B&A Bill post. He was almost as big of a BSer as Perry. Turns out he olny had one little has mill and it got repoed.

You were aware he was a scammer and con man since he was an adult, right. Most his stories were flat out lies or exaggerations. He sold machined items on other forums he never delivered on. The only thing he did on PM was list a fairly new Haas, while a little internet detective work showed Haas credit won an over $100k judgement from him for non payment. From what I have heard from Haas owners moving them requires a code to get them running again. Someone could have bought a worthless machine, that AS9100 did not own, as it was never paid for.

He was in this thread bragging about having a 50 employee or so $20mil+ or there about facility in Arkansas where no such thing existed. People started to doubt his claims and he just kept doubling down. Teach posted his mug shot from when he did time for stealing ATVs, then the cat was out of the bag and his long history was exposed. Once his name came out Wheelie knew who he was as they were from the same area and he had screwed over someone Wheelie knew.

Probably right but I’m gonna do my best to make his life difficult.

As for smack on the wrist? Yep, there’a a guy in my home town in Tennessee that has a company called Southern wholesale equipment. Files bankruptcy like clockwork every 8 years. All he does is travel around the coast and visit shipyards and buys old Ingersoll, Joy, and Popeye air tuggers And ship them back to Cleveland where he has two tweaked out meth heads tear them down for a rebuild. All the machine shops know him so he spreads the work out all over the country never trying to exceed $2500 in one place.

The way he does it is the second the bankruptcy is discharged he reopens the company and starts three or four fake supplier companies so he can get in the house credit checks from machine shops to build him up as fast paying on time yada yada.

I ask him once why he never goes over $2500 after he burned me and he said most places won’t bother getting a garnishment because it cost more in legal fees.

everybody in southeast Tennessee knows the guy and what he does and he’s never been investigated at all. Pisses me off the American justice system.
