A bad battery could put it in E-stop but it would depend on the builder’s ladder program. The alarm you posted above.....

EMG EMERGENCY PLC

shows an E-stop signal is coming from the PLC. The builder writes the PLC logic so no way for me to tell what is driving that signal. It would also be likely that the servo and encoder alarms are monitored by the PLC and drive PLC E-stop.

Are all the amps getting power? If an amp does not power up, it won’t be seen on the bus.

I have a MORISEIKI TV 400 , It says Y03 AMP error. UNEQUIPPED. CN1B terminal battery has run out of capacity. I replaced it with a new one. error still appear, please guide me, please.

You fail to mention the control but just off the top of my head Y03 AMP error makes me think Mitsu.

You likely need to reload your parameters and maybe the ladder as well.

I have dealt with that. I believe you have a drive failure. The bad battery will cause the drive to lose its home position but the error is different. Once the drive is figured out you need to go through a procedure to teach it its home position again as this machine uses absolute encoders.

You could try swapping drives/ connections (for example move y axis connections to the x axis drive and x connections to the y drive) This can tell you for sure that the problem is in the particular drive. Note that if you interrupt the daisy chain battery cables you may have to redo the absolute positions on everything. X,y,z,tool changer, pallet changer if it has one. I have this same machine. It is a pain. From my experience Mori will send you procedures to do this if you talk to the right person
