Basic, but have you checked that the estop circuit isn't open somewhere? My old 0T-C starts up to that screen if it's switched on with the estop pressed, and stays like that until you release the estop and press the control on button.

I pulled the face off the turret, but all else is intact. I don't think anything is amiss in there.Is the turret still taken apart? Maybe there is a proximity switch inside the turret looking for a signal.
Post a pic of the E-stop circuit so we can have a look. The more I think about it, hanging at that initial screen feels like the E-stop circuit is open.……I'm not sure if there's anything else in the estop circuit. Deawoo wiring book is kinda meh.
Never had barfeed, but does have conveyor.Do you have a bar feeder or chip conveyor that interfaces with the control? I've bumped the E-stop on my bar feed without realizing it and spent an hour trying to clear the alarm.
